上海空港口岸卫生微生物监测结果分析

    摘要 〔目的〕 通过分析上海空港口岸卫生微生物监测结果，讨论口岸卫生监测指标。〔方法〕分析上海空港口岸食品微生物监测结果异常原因。把口岸使用的检测技术和合格判定标准与国内外相应检测试剂和标准比较。〔结果〕上海空港口岸食品、冰和饮水存在的主要微生物问题是菌落总数和大肠菌群超标，仅从养殖水中检出副溶血性弧菌。〔结论〕口岸应积极采用先进技术，完善监测标准，有效阻止携带致病性微生物污染的食品进出国境或在口岸经销食用。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To analysis hygiene bacteria detection results at Shanghaiinternational airport. Method  To analyze disqualified resultsfor hygiene bacteria inspection. To discuss  relate detecting methods and determinant standards.  Result    over-limit of TPC and MPN are mainlybacteria  problems in Shanghai international airport food、iceand water. Only vibrio parahaemolyticus have been found in breedaquatics water. Conclusion   Advanced technology andstandards should be introduced to prevent contaminated by bacterialpathogens for hygiene bacteria inspection.
