摘要艾滋病病毒(HIV)具有高度变异性,根据基因序列的同源性,HIV被分为多个亚型,HIV亚型检测对艾滋病的预防与控制具有重要意义。基于核酸分析的亚型检测方法近些年出现了快速发展,出现了异源双链核酸泳动实验、限制性片度长度多态性分析、DNA酶联免疫技术、基因芯片技术(DNAmicroassay)和多重PCR等多种亚型检测新方法。

[Abstract] HIV is a highlyvariable virus . Based on genetic similarities, the virus strainsmay be classified into types, groups and subtypes. Surveillance ofHIV-1 genetic subtypes and diversity play an important role in HIVprevention and control. With the rapid progress of molecularbiotechnology, many nucleic-acid-based detection method for HIVsubtype was developed, such as heteroduplex mobilityassay(HMA) , restriction fragment long polymorphism (RFLP) , DNAenzymes immunoassay (DEIA), DNA microassay, multi-primer PCR and so on.
