摘要实验室是食品行业发展的技术支撑,在食品行业发展中起着重要的作用。为了应对国内外技术标准要求,为了保证所提供的数据公正、准确和科学,这就要求我们建立一个完整的质量管理体系来控制实验室的各项工作。本文概述了食品理化实验室质量控制的关键要素,包括内部质量控制和外部质量控制,并对内部质量控制进行了详细分析。

[Abstract] Laboratory providestechnical support and plays an important role in development offood industry. In response to domestic and international technicalstandards, in order to ensure the data provided fair, accurate andscientific, it is necessary to establish a complete qualitymanagement system to control the laboratory’s work. The criticalpoints for quality control in the Foodstuff physical and chemicalLab were summarized in the paper, including internal and externalquality control. Meanwhile, the internal quality control wereanalyzed in detail.
