南京空港口岸输入性甲型H1N1流感疑似病例流行病学调查研究

    摘要 〔目的〕研究甲型H1N1流感流行病学特征，探讨如何进一步完善口岸甲型H1N1流感疫情防控工作。〔方法〕对2009年4—12月357例输入性甲型H1N1流感疑似病例及13例确诊病例基本情况、症状体征等资料进行流行病学描述性研究。〔结果〕此次甲型H1N1流感疫情与既往流感大流行特征基本类似，控制输入性病例有助于延缓疫情在国内的传播。〔结论〕检验检疫部门必须严格遵循国家质检总局要求，从严从紧从细做好各项工作，积极应对可能到来的疫情新态势。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To analyze on influenza A (H1N1) epidemic situation, and to discusscontrol and prevention measures for influenza A (H1N1) pandemic atNanjing Airport.  Method   The descriptiveepidemiological investigation was conducted for the imported andsuspected, and confirmed influenza A (H1N1) cases at NanjingAirport from April to December in 2009.  Result  The epidemiological characteristics of the current pandemic aresimilar to the previous pandemic. The adopted measures are helpfulto mitigate the impact of the influenza A (H1N1) pandemic.Conclusion  The port authorities must comply with theprocedures and make preparations for the forthcoming wave ofinfluenza A (H1N1) pandemic.
