摘要 〔目的〕为了查明进境狐狸的死亡原因,严防外来人畜共患病原微生物传入,确保人类和动物安全,为同群进境狐狸和公共卫生安全评价、有效监管和风险预警提供依据。〔方法〕对进境的死亡狐狸进行解剖和组织病理学检查,通过血琼脂培养、革兰氏染色镜检、链激酶试验、杆菌肽敏感试验、CAMP试验和触酶试验,开展细菌分离、生化鉴定和致病性研究。〔结果〕从死亡狐狸中检出停乳链球菌和马链球菌,并证明分离的停乳链球菌对小鼠有致病性,M.L.D为3.32×107活菌数,LD50为9.55×107活菌数。〔结论〕停乳链球菌对动物及免疫力低下的人群具有一定的致病性,该菌对公共卫生安全的影响应引起重视,同时提示在进出境动物贸易中应加强疫病检疫,关注运输途中温湿度、通风性和栖息环境条件以及条件性致病菌的危害。

[Abstract] Objective To find out the reason for the death of import foxes, to preventintroduction of animal pathogen microbiology of zoonosis, to ensurethe safety of people and animals, and to provide support for thesafety assessment and effective monitoring and risk warning ofpublic health and the crowd in which the dead foxes werefound. Method Dissection and tissue pathogenicexamination was performed to those dead import foxes. The bacteriawere isolated by blood agar culture. And gram stain, streptokinasetest, bacitracin test, CAMP test, catalase test , and inoculationtest of mice were performed for the bio-chemical identification andpathogenicity study respectively. Result Streptococcus dysgalactiae and Streptococcus equi were isolatedfrom the dead foxes, and the former proved to be pathogenic tomice. The M.L.D was 3.32×107viable bacteria and LD50 was9.55×107viable bacteria. Conclusion Streptococcusdysgalactiae has a definite pathogenicity to animal and people withweak immunity. The result reminds us that great attention should bepaid to the safety of public health and the threat of conditionalpathogenic bacteria along the transportation. Measures should betaken to maintain the proper temperature and humid, goodventilation and enough room for rest during the journey to reducethe fatigue and to ensure the safety of the animals.
