国际航行船舶不同国籍船员艾滋病知识态度行为情况调查

　　摘要：目的  了解国际航行交通工具上不同国籍船员艾滋病知识态度行为情况，为其制定艾滋病防控策略提供依据和参考。方法 采取流行病学横断面研究方法，对28艘国际航行船舶上572名船员进行现场独立式问卷调查，采用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果 中国籍船员艾滋病预防知识调查总得分高于外籍船员（P <0.05）。其中中国籍船员在9项艾滋病预防知识知晓率高于外籍船员（P <0.05）。不同国籍船员10项艾滋病相关态度行为均存在差异（P < 0.05）。结论 中国籍船员艾滋病知识知晓情况明显优于外籍，但依然存在部分相关知识知晓率偏低，应采取有针对性的宣传教育。

　　Investigation on AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors among crewof different nationalities in the international sailing ships

　　Abstract： Objective  To understand the status ofAIDS-related knowledge， awareness， attitudes and behaviors amongcrew of different nationalities in the international sailing ships，and to provide the basis and reference for  AIDS preventionstrategies. Methods  The epidemiology sectional study methodwas adopted， an on-site questionnaire investigation was carried outon 572 crew in 28 international sailing ships， SPSS 13.0 softwarewas adopted to realize the data processing and statisticalanaly-sis. Results  The total scores of Chinese crewmen wasmuch higher than that of foreign crew （P < 0.05）. On theawareness rate about 9 items AIDS prevention knowledge，  thescores of Chinese crew was also higher than that of foreign crew （P< 0.05）. There were  differences on their attitudes andbehaviors about 10 items AIDS knowledge among crew of differentnationality （P < 0.05）. Conclusion  AIDS awareness rate ofChinese crewmen is obviously better than that of other nationalitycrew， but it is still low in some relevant parts， more targetedpropaganda and education work should be taken.
