重庆口岸出入境人员超声检查结果分析

　　摘要：目的  了解出入境人员健康状况及一些非传染性疾病的分布特点，为相关卫生决策提供参考依据。方法  采用GELOGIQ P5彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，对2012年1-12月经重庆口岸出入境的14776名出入境人员进行腹部超声检查，检查部位为肝、胆、胰、脾、双肾，按性别、年龄、人员类别对疾病的检出率与疾病构成进行统计分析。结果 超声检查异常者2692例，异常检出率为18.22％。其中，脂肪肝检出率最高；男性超声异常检出率高于女性；60岁～年龄段人群疾病检出率最高，为63.59%；公务人员各类疾病检出率最高，为25.81%。结论 根据出入境人员所患各类疾病在性别、年龄及人员类型分布上的统计分析，可为出入境人员健康咨询提供参考。

　　Analysis of results on transabdominal ultrasonographyexamination

　　among entry-exit personnel at Chongqing port

　　Abstract： Objective  To evaluate the health conditions anddisease characteristics among entry-exit personnel， and to providetimely and effective health consultation. Methods  The resultsof ultrasound examination for 14 776 entry-exit personnel wereanalyzed at Chongqing Port from January 2012 to December 2012．Results  Among the 14776 entry-exit personnel， 2 692 cases hadabnormal physical examination， the abnormity rate was 18.22％． Thepositive rate of fatty liver was remarkably higher than that of theother disease. The positive rate of male was higher than that ofthe female. the highest detection rate appeared in 60～aged group（63.59%） and public offical group （25.81%）.  Conclusion There is a significant difference in contribution of thedisease by gender， age andoccupation． According to statisticalresults， healthcare center can provide better healthcareconsultation and guidance．
