口岸常用3种消毒剂对芽孢的杀灭效果观察

　　摘要：目的  研究3种口岸卫生处理常用含氯消毒剂对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果。方法 采用载体定量杀菌实验对3种含氯消毒剂杀灭枯草芽孢的效果进行比较观察。结果 在常温下，用含有效氯200mg/L的二元制二氧化氯液体消毒剂作用10min；含有效氯400mg/L的一元制二氧化氯消毒粉剂作用10min；含有效氯250mg/L的氧化还原电位泡腾片制剂作用5min；对载体内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率均≥99.97%。结论 3种消毒剂杀灭微生物效果随浓度增加、

　　作用时间延长而增强。3种消毒剂在同样条件下，对细菌芽孢杀灭效果有明显差异，其中固体泡腾片消毒剂杀灭效果优于其他两种。

　　Effects on 3 kinds of common disinfectants for killing

　　Abstract：  Objective  To study the sterilizationeffects on 3 kinds of chlorine-containing disinfectant for killingat port.  Methods  Carrier quantitative germicidal testwas adopted to observe 3 kinds of chlorine-containing disinfectantsfor killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger in the lab.  Results At room temperature， Bacillus subtilis var. niger was putinto the 200 mg/L liquid disinfectant with binary Chlorine Dioxidefor 10 min， and the 400 mg/L Singal-Ingredient chlorine dioxidewith available chlorine for 10 min and the 250 mg/Lchlorine-antiseptic REDOX potential efferves-cent tablets withavailable chlorine for 5 min separately. All the killing rates wereequal or higher than 99.97%.  Conclusion  The effects  of  these chlorine-containingdisinfectants on endospore are significantly different， and theeffects are increasing with higher density and longer time， amongwhich solid effervescent disinfectant is superior to the othertwo.
