拱北口岸入境人员甲型H1N1流感样症状监测结果分析

    摘要 〔目的〕了解珠海市拱北口岸入境人员中有流感样症状的旅客甲型H1N1流感病毒感染情况，分析其流行特征，从而有效地开展口岸甲型H1N1监测工作。〔方法〕对拱北口岸2009年5—12月份入境人员中有流感样症状旅客监测资料进行统计分析。〔结果〕2009年5—12月份共监测具有流感样症状旅客1488例，经分子生物学检测确诊甲型H1N1流感患者70例，检出率为4.70%。70例确诊病例均以发热表现为主，伴有头痛、咽喉痛及咽部充血、咳嗽、肌肉关节痛等流感样症状。病例以从国外归来的中国籍旅客为主，占确诊病例的85.71%，10~19岁年龄组甲型H1N1流感检出率最高，为8.28%。〔结论〕甲型H1N1流感在世界范围传播迅速，且拱北口岸入境人员中甲型H1N1流感病例逐渐增多，加强甲型H1N1流感防控已成为口岸防控传染病的重点工作之一；加强入境人员甲型H1N1流感监测，加大卫生知识宣传咨询力度，提高入境人员的自我防范意识，以及制定有效防治措施，将有利于防止甲型H1N1流感在国际间的传播。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To understand the status of flu-like symptoms of entry-exitpersonnel having A (H1N1) infection at Gongbei Port in Zhuhai andto analyze the epidemiological characteristics, so the effectivemeasure on A (H1N1) monitoring was carry out at Port. Method   Data among flu-like symptoms of travelers werestatistical analysis during May and December in 2009 at GongbeiPort.  Result   Among 1488 cases with influenza-likesymptoms d from May to December in 2009, 70 was diagnosed withinfectious A (H1N1) cases, with total detection rate of 4.70%. Thesymptoms of cases were fever mainly, accompany with headache, sorethroat, cough and arthralgia. Most of the cases were Chinese whowere suffered from A (H1N1) abroad. 10~19 years old group had ahighly infection rate of 8.28%; Cases had a monthly increase fromMay to December. Conclusion  A (H1N1) spread rapidly aroundthe world, and infection of A (H1N1) at Gongbei Port graduallyincreased among the entry-exit personnel. Prevention andcontrolling measures for A (H1N1) infection should be strengthenedat port to prevent the diseases from spreading out.
