2013年重庆口岸输入性虫媒病病例调查及处置分析

　　摘要：目的  分析重庆口岸2013年输入性虫媒病病例的检测、处置过程，为制定口岸输入性媒介传染病防控措施提供参考。方法 采用全国疟疾、登革热监测方案对疑似病例血清进行抗体快速检测和荧光定量PCR核酸检测，对媒介传染病病例进行流行病学调查。结果 2013年重庆口岸共检出3例输入性虫媒病病例，分别为恶性疟、间日疟及登革热，其中登革热为重庆口岸首次检出。结论 虫媒传染病检出数量为近年来最多，输入性虫媒病的风险加大。应加强对检验检疫人员的培训，加强外环境整治及蚊媒的监测，防止输入疫情的发生。

　　Investigation and disposal on imported cases with vector-borneinfection diseases at Chongqing port in 2013

　　Abstract： Objective  To investigate and analyze thesituation of  the imported vector-borne diseases at Chongqingport in 2013， and to provide reference basis for prevention andcontrol of diseases. Methods  The laboratory examination andepidemiological investigation were taken， the rapid detection andquantitative PCR were adopted. Results  A total of 3 caseswith vector-borne diseases were identified at Chongqing port in2013，  including Tertian malaria， Falciparum malaria anddengue fever. The dengue fever was the frist one identified byChongqing port. Conclusion  The number of vector-bornediseases is largest in recent years. The risk of importedvector-borne disease is increasing. We should strengthen thetraining of medical personnel， the environmental remediation andmonitoring of mosquitoes to prevent the occurrence of the inputepidemic.
